SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING TIME
I will do my best to ship your order as soon as possible. Because each rug is handmade and made to order, the average production and shipping time for a completed order is 1-2 weeks. Order turnaround time depends on the number of orders coming in at any given time and the complexity and size of the selected project.
Orders for in-stock rugs are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
DISPATCH
Orders can be shipped via PostNL and DHL. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track-en-trace code.
Shipping available within the European Union, excluding island countries: Cyprus, Malta, Greece, and Ireland. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
I do my utmost to pack all orders well, but in exceptional cases it may happen that the package is damaged during transport. If you notice any damage, contact me within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, so that we can find a solution together.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost during transport, please feel free to contact me. I will help you by starting an investigation together with the carrier and doing everything I can to find the package.
Because my rugs are completely custom made and handmade, it is unfortunately not possible to make a new product free of charge in the event of loss beyond my control.
RETURNS
Returns on custom made products arent possible. Custom made rugs are made based on personal choices such as design, colour and size. Because these are personalised products, they are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal (according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Therefore I cannot accept returns for any reason - if in doubt, please contact me for advice. Non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days from receiving.
